Looks delicious! About roasted tomatoes I understand your impatience...Thats why I do roasting overnight, just heating up the oven to 250 C and then getting in the tomatoes and turning to zero the temperature from the oven. The next morning the kitchen smells great and the tomatoes are ready :)))
