For those of you who have been envious (I myself have been neon-green with envy) about all the overseas blogging conferences that took place in the past few months, the time has come to wipe off your frown, put on your party frock and come join us for the first ever South African Food Bloggers Conference!
Popular SA blogger Browniegirl from Kitchen Diary has been busy behind the scenes for months now to organise this event, and she's even got backing from our very own Giggling Gourmet, Jenny Morris. The event will be held in the Mother City on the 21st of March. Speakers on the day will include one of SA's most famous bloggers (and winner of several awards) - Jeanne from Cooksister - as well as the very talented Nina from My Easy Cooking and Juno from Scrumptious SA. These woman are super passionate about food and blogging and their posts reflect that passion, so there is no doubt in my mind that this will be an event to remember.
